THE SPEAKER - Andrea Hense Evans, Patent Attorney, is a Former Patent Examiner and Trademark Examining Attorney at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She has a JD from The George Washington Law School; Washington, DC. Her undergraduate work includes degrees in Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA; and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Spelman College; Atlanta, GA.  She is a member of the Texas State Bar, United States Patent and Trademark Office Patent Bar, and United States Supreme Court Bar
 
Andrea has received both the Nation’s Best Advocate of the Year Award and the Nation’s Best Advocates: 40 Lawyers Under 40 award from the National Bar Association (NBA) and IMPACT.
